This is a guided mindfulness meditation for enjoying (or imagining) a beautiful summer day. It features calming lake waves, ambient background music, and a guided voice with reassuring affirmations and visualization. Find a deep connection to the truth of your heart through this meditation session. Love those around you and transcend a stuck mind with daily meditation practice. Calm anxiety and fear with this beautiful and tranquil session.
This session has been updated from an earlier version of a summer meditation. It is about 6 and a half minutes long with spoken dialogue, and then the words drop away and there are several more minutes of calming and serene ambient music. Bask in the glow of a sunny day!☀️

    I have severe anxiety that I’ve been fighting with for a year. I’m going to a panic attack nothing but medication has stopped it and I hate taking the medication. I have been able to calm down listening to this meditation and I want to say thank you because it’s really helped me this last couple days.

    If there's anyone here finding it troublesome, or difficult to concentrate, or follow through with this practice; perhaps it's somehow making you MORE anxious, just remember: It's okay. This is not something you HAVE to do. It's something you can allow yourself to do. Whenever you want. Set your intentions to practice, not to achieve. Whatever thought you have, acknowledge it, then just return to the breath. Each time you do this, you're practicing your ability to redirect your focus, in spite of those anxious thoughts. You can do this. Perhaps, it could mean you're less and less anxious each time you do these exercises. Take it from someone who is going through it too, and has trouble with this.

    Anxiety has recently been overcoming me. I’ve been waking up with my heart beating so fast. I have little to no appetite everyday. I have horrible doubts about myself and how much of a failure I am in life. To anyone going through the same, I just hope you know that we can slowly get over it.     I’ve been watching your meditations for a while now. I really like them and they really work for me. I have a question bc i struggle with anxiety and stress over everything. Could you make a meditation for letting go of guilt or obligation just letting go of all bad thoughts stop overthinking and let the universe leads its way for us.

    Thank you...I watch this most nights now. I do watch other videos but this one helps I think. Voice and music is calming, in fact I've fallen asleep to it too (it's that calming haha). Time duration is perfect for me and I do like the 4 words to repeat and remember. Wanting to defeat anger issues and overall be calmer in situations.

    I have bpd (borderline personality disorder) and i struggle currently the most with loneliness because im in the middle of trying to heal and everyone who im currently friends with doesnt relate to me at all. Neither does my family. It kinda feels like im fighting a battle all alone which i suppose i am. But im learning how to be my true self and im appreciating the journey even with these lonely feelings ❤ your meditation def helped reboot my brain to feel more present and relaxed

    Massor, jag har upplevt helande mirakler, helat andra mirakulöst, kunde ladda upp en mobil på handen en gång, tänkte en gång när mina brorsdöttrar var små och de skrek att de skulle vara tysta när jag gav dom välling och de blev knäpptysta efter att min mamma försökt få dom tysts jättelänge. Jag har fått trasiga maskiner att börja fungera igen fast de var just trasiga, nät min hund var sjuk kunde jag göra honom friskare när han hostade genom att säga nu är allt bra och lade min hand på honom och då blev han tyst. Jag har varit med om massa övernaturliga saker och blivit klarkännande, klarvetande vad gäller hur andra mår och kan sända healing på distans samt till jorden och fått bli klarhörande och mer medial. Jag kan vägleda andra till hälsa pga detta och har hjälpt tusentals.
